Even the secular tradition of mindfulness in the West owes its roots to Eastern religions and traditions. Discover the basic principles of Daoism, the balance of the two energies yin and yang.

Every being is comprised of two opposing but complementary energies—yin, the feminine, and yang, the masculine.

The yin is the deeply intuitive, feeling side of your nature that longs to express itself in creative ways. The yang is the thinking, planning aspect that analyzes and builds structure. When these energies are misaligned, it results in feelings of inner conflict, but when both work harmoniously, amazing things happen.

Use mindfulness to balance these energies to gain a stronger sense of self, more inner peace, reduced anxiety, and a sense of wholeness and fulfillment.

Get ready to stretch and reach for the positive and let go of the negative.

Please wear comfortable clothing for a low range of physical motion. Masks are not required at this time.
