Tara is the beloved female Buddha of Tibet. She is the most powerful female deity in the Buddhist pantheon. Her name means star in Sanskrit and she is believed to possess the ability to guide followers, like a star, on their spiritual path.

The emanations of Tara appear in an array of colors: white for bringing peace, yellow for increasing life energy, red for helping contain and transform difficult emotions, and black for dissolving negativity.

Find out about these particular energies and how they can help you develop wisdom and compassion.

With the motivation to awaken yourself and all beings everywhere, you invoke Tara’s assistance for greater energy and strength to devote to your deepest life purpose. Participate in a guided meditation practice of Green Tara, and be given her praise and mantra to support you.
