Muscle testing is a noninvasive way of evaluating the body’s imbalances and assessing its needs. It involves testing the body’s responses when applying slight pressure to a large muscle, to provide information on energy blockages, functioning of organs, nutritional deficiencies, or food sensitivities. It can also be used to test the body’s responses to herbs and other remedies.

Practice various methods of muscle testing, such as standing, O-ring, and other methods when you are seated. Discover how to check if you are open to the truth of what you ask.

Kinesiology is another word for muscle testing. Kinesiology is simple. Anybody can do it because it uses your electrical system and your muscles. Muscle testing can be applied to all areas of your life.
