Your thoughts, feelings, and sensations are all connected to your movement choices. Your posture, breath, and how you walk tell everyone, including yourself, the story of your life.

There are no sequences to master or learn. You explore movements at your own pace and according to your ability. The movements can be done lying on the floor on a mat, carpet, or on your bed. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in. You may want a small pillow or a folded towel to support your head for some sequences.
This course is available on Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom link closer to the time of the class. The course will be recorded and you will receive a link to watch it.
