By eating mindfully, you make enough time, focus your attention and slow down to eat intentionally instead of unconsciously.
Mindful eating pays attention to the mind. While avoiding judgment or criticism, you watch when the mind gets distracted, pulling away from full attention to what you are eating or drinking. You notice the impulse and return to just eating.
