Ortho-Bionomy® relieves acute and chronic body pain by gently placing the body into specific positions that engage the proprioceptive nerves found in muscles, joints, and fascia to restore healthy balance and ease. This fundamentals class covers the history, philosophy, and concepts of Ortho-Bionomy®

Gain an overview of basic release techniques and anatomy for the neck, lower leg and foot, arms and shoulders, and other areas as time permits.

Movements and positions of comfort facilitate the release of muscular tension and overall stress by stimulating the inherent, self-corrective reflexes of the body. This helps the body create structural alignment and balance. Use it with loved ones, friends, or with other healing modalities. This modality works with the natural capacity of your body to reorganize itself into more comfort and ease when put into comfortable and gentle positions on a massage table, bed, or floor. Please bring a massage table if you have one. CEUs are available for massage therapists through Krost from the NCBTMB.

Masks are required to be worn regardless of vaccination status.
