The Holographic Memory Resolution® Healing (HMR)2-day intensive was originally developed in the clinical inpatient setting to assist in the resolution of trauma and memory-based pain (physical and emotional). As an online Zoom workshop, this is an experiential healing process that is open to all (non-dissociative) individuals and trainees in HMR. This workshop fulfills the practicum requirements for HMR certification.
Gain the opportunity to experience and observe the application of HMR. As a confidential, online group therapy process, a safe environment is established with unique context to experience HMR application to diverse forms of trauma.
The foundation of HMR is the emotional reframing of memories that leave you attached to the past through the affective charge that is stored at the moment of freezing. Utilizing a clean-language body-centered approach, HMR teaches you to listen to your body-mind, identify the stuck moments from the past, and utilize your own internal language and brainwave frequencies (usually through your unique color perception) to transmit proof of safety to the body-mind.
Your emotional attachment to the past, which triggers your fight-flight-freeze response, is what keeps you trapped in the physiology and limitations of the past. By releasing these state-bound attachments, you can return to living more fully empowered in the present moment, freed from the constraints of fear, shame, and disempowerment.
Gain many resources and exercises for healing trauma, including emotional reframing of both single (level 1) and repeated patterns (level 2) of trauma, reparenting, body-mapping, creating sacred space, boundary repair, grounding, and anchoring in the body-mind. HMR teaches mindfulness with respect to the body as memory.
Note: Individuals on benzodiazepines, such as Xanax, Klonopin, Valium, or Ativan, are not encouraged to sign up for this workshop since this group of drugs acts as memory-repressants and inhibits the effective application of HMR.
This group therapy healing workshop is also open to the general public but also has some restrictions. Participants on Zoom must have face visible during the workshop: no "phone ins" without face permitted. Live participation only. Participants must be present for the entirety of the workshop and not interrupt the process by leaving (except for using the bathroom). No background noises since that could interrupt a person's memory work (although the host can mute the ones not working at the time).
There are two dates to choose from for this 2-day intensive because it is limited to 15 people. Register early.
This course is only available on Zoom. You will be emailed a Zoom link closer to the time of the class. There will be a morning and afternoon break and a 90-minute lunch break.
