Its unique movement method benefits are similar to those found in yoga, tai chi, gymnastics, and dance.
Stretch using Gyrokinesis®, a movement method that includes a series of five spinal motions of arch, curl, twist, side shift, and undulation, while sitting on a stool. Use corresponding breathwork to all movement patterns. Additional back strengthening and abdominal exercises will be done on the floor. This is a very easy to follow class that you can do from the comfort of your home seated in a chair.
