Become informed about these four domains and how you can embrace them to become more resilient and happier. Discover how you acquire a negativity bias and an obsession with the past and future that prevents you from being more present. Practice the GAIN meditation along with other tools to:
- Focus on how to be more grateful and appreciative
- Open your heart to pain and suffering through acceptance
- Acquire skills to re-wire your brain to be more positive through the practice of intention
- Recognize how continuously making judgments of the world around you leads to fatigue and self-
- criticism
Practice a simple three-minute meditation for a greater ability to be present and resilient. Strengthen yourself, especially to support yourself in challenging or stressful times.
