Family Constellations

Family Constellations help you discover how you can be entangled with the suffering that belongs to family members or ancestors. These connections can be a source of emotional issues, trauma, illness, and problems in relationships or work. During a typical Family Constellations experience, you identify how you are entangled with another’s unresolved pain.

Find clarity in your relationships using the knowing field.

A volunteer stands in to represent family members, ancestors, events, or even illnesses for the one receiving the constellation. Standing in the knowing field, the representatives can give you information about what has happened. The volunteer begins to take on the essential qualities, emotions, movements, and words of those whom they are representing. The representative has no prior knowledge of the people or situation. It is a powerful healing experience for the representatives, as well as for those who witness the process. Gain a healthier   connection with yourself, the people in your life, and new relationship perspectives. There will be several Family Constellations and a guided meditation for the whole group. Open to anyone looking to further understand personal and family healing.
