Move through a series of somatic practices that include conscious journaling, gentle and grounding yoga poses, meditation, and sound in order to guide the body into opening and releasing.

Gentle guidance brings you to a place of peace within the body and mind, allowing you to find freedom and comfort within your body as you settle into a full space to feel free, spacious, and renewed.

Nourishing movements help you to find your own inner teacher, embody wellness, compassion, and self-healing.

Please bring a journal to each session to monitor your thoughts and record your realizations and self-awarenesses. Your journal is your companion to conscious awareness. Through stream of consciousness journaling, discover how to listen to your intuition for deeper insights.
