Guided meditation is a very useful tool for relaxing and improving health. It is also a means to transform your consciousness and open yourself to greater creativity and effectiveness in your daily life.

Experience guided meditations and music from a CD co-produced by West. Reflect after listening to each guided meditation about your actual experience and reflections.

The guided meditations focus on Spirit, energy balance, healing, creativity, empowerment, and embracing change.

This enlightening experience helps you incorporate simple but profound change into your daily life.

You will receive a free copy of the CD which includes 15 guided meditations and 15 music tracks, for more than two hours of meditations that range from three to nine minutes each. It also includes a booklet of each guided meditation for further practice.

Masks are required to be worn regardless of vaccination status.
