Discover the main characteristics found in adults. Understand the biological basis of the HSP and how it manifests on the physical, mental, and emotional levels.

Familiarize yourself with how HSPs perceive the world through examples and shared experiences.

Focus on a variety HSP qualities as strengths in order to honor the beautiful person underneath the surface.

Gain resources, guidance, and suggestions to identify coping strategies. Find out about to manage environmental stimuli, protect and revive energy, and support the increased perceptive/receptive abilities of the HSP.
