
Burn calories, work your core muscles, get in shape, and have
fun at the same time. Belly dance is an ancient art form that can
enhance your self-esteem, improve your health, and increase your
femininity, while toning your abs, buttocks, and legs. Belly
dancing can be mastered by women of all ages and sizes. Starting
with the basics, you will learn a complete dance routine. Sessions
will alternate between offering an introduction to veil and finger
cymbals. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a scarf to tie around
your hips. Bare feet or dance shoes. Please no jeans, baggy
clothes, or street shoes. No prior dance experience is
necessary.
