Listen to what your body wishes to share when your mind takes a
rest from thinking. From stillness and centeredness, awaken to
being the observer of your experience. Scan your body and identify
mind patterns that have manifested as pain or sensations and
release them through breathing. Watch patterns surface and watch
them subside. Allow the spirit of life to take the place of old
patterns that no longer serve a purpose. Through self massage,
toning, group activities, dance, and movement, move your body to
the rhythms your mind cannot even hear. Establish or support a
daily discipline of returning yourself to source. Secure your
